First date should be about getting to know each other. I personally love outdoors, therefore, a nice relaxing time near water, wine and cheese, and of course a sweet desert. A nice dinner out with a few drinks is good as well. Doesn't really matter when or where, as long as I am able to get to know you the other person and find out more about each other.
