I love to laugh and to make others laugh as well. I've been told that I could go toe-to-toe with David Letterman in a battle of wits. I believe that life is an adventure filled with amazing opportunities and is meant to be savored fully. I subscribe to the philosophy that if something isn't fun, I'm just not doing it. However, this doesn't mean that I'm unwilling to make personal sacrifices to benefit others, especially my closest friends...THE SPIRIT OF GIVING IS FUN!!

I'm an enigma of sorts...I'm highly creative as an artist and yet I also sit in the CEO's chair making executive decisions for my publishing company. I have been fortunate during the course of my life to have had several of my dreams become reality. I have numerous other unrealized goals that I am still working toward and I know that I will see them through to manifest. I love my career...it is truly magical...and trust me, I'VE EARNED IT.

I have lived in Colorado for all but the first 6 months of my life, which would mean that I'm as close to a native as you can get without actually being one. I'm an avid supporter of the Broncos (season ticket holder since I was 8 years old) and can also be found attending a few Nuggets, Avs, and Rockies games as well. Concerts are also (for obvious reasons) another large passion for me...especially since "the greatest gig in the world" (Red Rocks) is right in our backyard. I enjoy good restaurants, fine wine and stimulating conversation with my incredibly great friends. I also love quiet times staying in...Dorothy knew what she was talking about...there really is no place like home.

I am blessed with the love of an awesome family (oldest of seven) and I'm surrounded with the most amazing friendships any man could ever hope for. I'm far from perfect and I've discovered that it is my wealth of imperfections that has attracted this multitude of love...humility and vulnerabilty truly can carry you VERY far. All of this has lead me to realize that there is no more powerful phrase and sentiment in the universe than "Thank You."

As for the woman I am seeking:

I am not looking for someone to "complete me". Sorry, but that's my task and I enjoy working on it every minute of everyday. However, I know that there is someone out there who is the perfect "compliment" for me as I am for her. I am convinced that the foundation of ANY relationship is trust...and trust is something that is earned over time with an abundance of truthful and humble communication. My desire is to find that special someone who wants to build a solid and lasting partnership 'one piece at a time'.

I am chivalrous...so hopefully you will like me opening doors and sending you flowers...these are just a couple of my trademarks. Fortunately, my mother taught me to be VERY attentive and I've discovered the amazing and valuable dividends of this wisdom. I am also not inhibited by "public displays of affection." (I still can't figure out why that embarrases some guys...oh well, JUST MORE FOR ME!!) It may not be the most masculine thing to admit, but I really dig holding hands.

I'm not into melodramas or a "Chicken Little Complex"...life is too short and has far too much to offer to be wasting time sweating the small stuff. We all have a story to tell, and that story inevitably includes an animated cornicopia of dried-up calcium (skeletons) dancing vicariously in the ballroom (closet) that we hope no one ever visits...GET OVER IT!! This is why we are "who we are". Falling in love is an all or nothing proposition and if you believe otherwise, well then, you're only fooling yourself.

I also subscribe to the "Master Mind" concept...a relationship is a collaborative effort which in essence creates a 'third being', that third being becomes "US". If "US" is more important than you or me, then together we have created something harmonious for both of "US" to nurture, love and respect.

Now, with all of that being said, let's open up a giant can of whoop-ass and get this party started!!
