UPDATE :
I enjoy the outdoors, music ( both live and just relaxing at home) I enjoy art, museums, history and traveling. I have traveled to many foreign countries and 48 of the 50 states. I enjoy going to the mountains and places with nice nature.
Most of my goals have already been attained, I guess now, my goal would be to enjoy the rest of my life with someone. I am also a compassionate person who does volunteer work.
I have lived in Tennessee all my life. During travels to foreign countries I have learned to speak 5 languages ( not fluently, but can get by )
I like most music. I guess my favorite is easy listening and some of the 80s. The CD in my car CD player at the moment is Bob Segar.
Im looking to meet a lady for friendship and see what develops. Maybe I cant change the world but might be able to make your world a better place. I cant promise you I can make you happy but can promise I will try. I wouldnt ever want to ever see you cry, but would want to be there when you did. I would love to see you laugh and smile and hope I was a part of the reason. I cant promise i can make your dreams come true, but I can promise I can show you a world that you could never dream of. I wont promise you that you can be something to everyone, but I can promise you will be everything to someone. I hope to hear from you one day, whoever you are, where-ever you are......

On a first date, I would pick up the lady, take her to a nice elegant restaurant where it is quiet so we could have good conversation. I prefer to have flowers delivered to the restaurant as a warming presentation. Im sure the dinner would be filled with nice conversation giving us both the opportunity to get to know each other. It would be filled discussing likes, hobbies and history of our lives, especially bringoing out the funny things. I have a nice sense of humor and find it easy to laugh at myself also. It would end after a couple of hours with a cordial hug, in hopes it would be the start to a friendship / relationship.
