Hi.... I finally got around to revamping this profile after fumbling around here.

I love Hot Bluegrass and can be a fair guitar player. Don't mind jamming and can hold a tune. I really like jamming and would love for a mate that can do the same. ( Hard to find)

Love snow skiing and hanging out at the beach with the right gal. ( Not if you are gonna just sit there and tan and say nothing)

A person must be honest to others and to themselves. I have finally learned that home cooking is fun and have started to spice it up a little.

I like the simple life with a once in awhile trip to somewhere hot. Thrive on intellectual conversations...however there does not have to be a resolve. Just an acknowledgement that this topic is interesting and should be looked at.

For one I can't stand trying to know where one stands with difficult people. That is such a waste of time and at this point in life I will call ya on it. ( Will also forgive if you are earnest.)

Overall I am very much a "here's what's up" person. Deal with it and make plans for the better. Very patient if it is worth it. I love dogs and cats,( cows and horses)and require good communication...that is essential. Animals give you way more than some people do.

I was raised on a large farm. So when things go haywire I rise to the occasion in a pinch and am very much a team player for the common good.I enjoy and require continuous learning which is essential to mental well being. Overall I am pretty handy around the house and shop and yard. When things go sour I am not afraid of speaking what's up.

Of course I think old people are cool. We can learn from them. With some idea of the world around us I am sympathetic to teens.....but they must buck up. Really.... where is the drive anymore. It was tough back then and is just as tough now.

Apparently I now have learned to listen, and can excell if told to do so. (that took a while to learn)( go ahead and ask....I am a guy after all)


What am I looking for? Well!!If you are totally wacky then we might have a chance of some good fun but stability is a big thing to me. Are you attractive and energetic, and have a carreer, well then of course! Digging what WE could do together....= a big YUP. I'll make your lunch , you make mine. Love notes written on my banna .....so cool. How about saving up for a trip somewhere.....could WE! In-laws and Out- Laws...they are important but shall not rule.

Fidelity....thats the big one. The really big one. If you can't.....please move on. I'd rather be very single than be with a cheater. ( Done ....it sucked....really sucked)

If you are a needy grumpy type (all the time) then not a chance. If in fact you are able to communicate, be considerate, have your own hobbies and respect mine, want to be together when one of us is sick, or pissed off , or having a great time then read on.

At this age prior living experiences must be respected. Things did not always go well for any of us hence why we are here on POF.

"Settle" is a big word now a days....I guess we all settled for less or more of what we wanted. What would you "settle" for now. I hope none of us has to compromise too much. BUTT... It works both ways...how much time do you have left for Mr/Ms perfect. (Not)

I am not looking for a handout or a Mom or hot pistol.!! Just would like to meet 50/50 and work it from there. What could we create together that is worth it to EACH other. Where is your passion? What are your needs? What is your status?
