Welcome! Yes, I like it here after growing up in the Midwest. I don't miss the cold. Just need to make it to the ocean more often. I have a pretty great and cool job with some rather awesome co-workers, some days. Some days not! I'm also currently working on my masters. I live in DC and know my way around MD and VA. I especially enjoy playing ultimate frisbee (yay WAFC) instead of working out at the gym (but sometimes the gym calls). I'm currently trying to stoke the embers of my enjoyment of the outdoors. I'm not as gung-ho as most, but I do like a camp or hike. Especially with the wild ponies of Assateague.
