While I’ve never noticed it, my friends tell me that I’m a teeny tiny bit sarcastic...

Moved to Manhattan a little over a year ago. I enjoy being outside in the fresh air, exploring cities or wilderness, and sometimes being a vegetable on my couch. Work demands a level of seriousness, but on my own time I like to joke around.

Staying fit is very important to me, and I prefer to do it by being active and playing outside as opposed to going to the gym. I started swimming for exercise a few years year ago, but haven't managed to get into a pool in the area. I liked swimming in the ocean better anyway, and really miss living at the beach. Manhattan must be the only island with no beach!

Central Park still amazes me. Spent a lot of time over the summer, even though I had to share it with thousands of other people! The crowds are already starting to clear out and I'm looking forward to having it all to myself after the first snowfall!

I’m looking for someone who I can consider my equal. You needn't be into all the same stuff I am, but should be comfortable with me doing my own thing. Hopefully there'll be some things we can share.

Meet up for a drink on a weeknight and see where it goes. If we have a fun time maybe dinner or a walk. Better yet, start with a walk or a run and enjoy the crisp fall weather!
