I'm a recent graduate of East Carolina University and received my degree in Elementary Education in December of 2008. I've decided to go in a different direction and start a career in human resources. For now, I work for my father's company and tutor for extra cash until the job market improves. I've always wanted to open my own business and hope to do so sometime in the future. I love being goofy and try to lighten the mood when things get awkward/dull. I like to look at both sides of an issue before I make a decision or express my feelings.

If it is a sport, I've played it. I even played field hockey in college, at first kinda as a joke, but I really got into it and would definitely still be playing if guys in the states were more into it and had leagues around here. I played on a team with 23 girls and I definitely learned a lot about women in the four years I was on the team. I think every guy could benefit from an experience like that.

I'd like to meet a girl who is confident in herself. Someone who has a plan and is either where she wants to be or is on her way. Someone who I can laugh and be silly with, but at the same time knows when to hold off and be serious. A girl who likes to watch and play sports is a bonus (if you play softball, a HUGE bonus). I also like to cook, so it would be nice if she liked to also. I hope that's not asking too much!
