You probably noticed that I'm 54 which freaks me out (time flies and I sure don't feel old). Anyway, I'm very energetic, young at heart and have both older and younger friends all of whom think that I look 40 something (if that matters).

I love music and play keyboards and drums. When I'm not being a lawyer, music is a big part of my life, among other things.

I'm a former personal trainer and recently lost a bunch of weight after suffering an annoying retirement from the gym. I was too busy slaving for others to work out for a couple of years and felt miserable. Now I'm back on track and feel great. Went to work for myself so that I could have a life.

I like doing almost anything with good company. In no particular order, I'm down to earth, fun loving, good natured and honest. I'm also pretty funny (so I hear).

I appreciate, fit, smart, honest women with a great sense of humor and a sweet disposition.

What we do depends a lot on the person that I'm with. I'm open to just about anything.
