I love learning new things and acting on that knowledge; my current passions are quantum physics (not the math!) and fitness/nutrition. Eating live/green food has made me feel like I'll live to be 100--and be really be healthy; as a result I'm doing an organic garden this year. Most every day I ride my bike to work, to grocery shop, to visit friends, and run errands. Since completing my PhD dissertation on "anomalous experience," I have taught at a private university based in transformative learning. I tend to be very curious. I am also a psychotherapist with 18 clients and an architect with a small practice. I am fascinated with computers and the graphic arts--especially fonts. I'd like to develop some of my designs/inventions--if I went back for another degree (which I won't!!!) it would be in product design.

Someday I want to build a house after I finish rehabing my 1921 Craftman-style home. I love extended families/communities--my grad school community still meets to do committed practices/process work. I could (and have) done all the above things on my own, however, I love working as a team and enhancing others' lives, so I am starting a new chapter in my life. There are so many amazing possibilities in these times, and I look forward to exploring them with someone who shares that outlook. I'd enjoy taking a bike ride (not too hilly), going to a good film (loved the recent "Everlasting Moments" and "Milk"), or traveling someplace (went to RawSpirit Festival in Santa Barbara this June, Boston in May to see a new granddaughter). I love to dance--the small-town dances on the green are so great--or go to an interesting lecture/museum/workshop/play. I'd love to go to a Baroque concert--but like almost any kind of music. It would also be wonderful if what we did included some kind of spirit/soul nourishment.
