I can't really judge myself very well, because that's never an honest, unbiased opinion (positive or negative).

I can say, however, that I am a good guy, no drugs, no criminal history, I don't cheat, I don't drink (but I don't care if you do, and I'll be happy to buy you a round), I love playing live music (couldn't live without it), I love my parents, and I like my life.

I was a professional musician for a long time, and have recorded great music with great people, and I've toured the USA on many occasions and played in almost every major city in the union several times. It was a total blast, and I got a lot of American cultural experience. It was a truly fantastic opportunity for learning about many different kinds of people, across every walk of life that you can possibly imagine.

I have a good command of the English language (although I realize that I am hardly an English professor), and have attended enough college to have figured out that while I may not be Einstein, I ain't no dummy! ;)

I am not a devout ANYTHING. I am an Agnostic, period. Religion is off of my radar entirely, and it's going to stay that way. However, whatever you have going in that department is very personal, and that's just fine with me. :)

I don't do magical or credulous thinking. Faith Healers, Psychics, Homeopathy, Therapeutic Touch, Acupuncture, Straight Chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology, magical "energy" fields (Chi, Innate Intelligence, a Soul, Prana, meridians, Thetans, etc), Quantum Mechanics (when used by self-help gurus rather than mathematicians), UFO visitation and abduction, vaccines causing Autism, Reptoids, big pharma conspiracy theories, Kangen Water, "Super" Juices, Bigfoot, Ghosts, 9-11 conspiracy theories, scalar weapons, free energy devices that claim to break the laws of thermodynamics, etc. are all possible, but all of them are quite silly to me due to investigation, education, and common sense... and due to the fact that they have crappy and unreliable evidence to support them.

These are things that we should agree on due to common thought processes, which arise from thoughtful reasoning and a basic understanding of the natural universe around us (as in, how it really works). I don't wish to debate these things with a potential match, because I don't try to convert believers. They are too closed-minded to hear anything but what they already believe.

And on the lighter side, LOL... I am known for being a total dork, and for having fits of happiness over the people and things that give me joy! I absolutely LIVE for experiencing joy, and for giving it to others when I can.

I'm looking to spend time with someone who likes to have fun, talk, listen to music, and is willing to talk about our actual feelings. Sometimes everyone needs someone to talk to who really, truly cares. I like to be there for my friends who need me, too. Sometimes that means just listening. Having someone hear you on a deeper level is more important than getting their input, and I love providing that resource to people who need it.

I also go to Disneyland at least once, sometimes twice, and sometimes three times a year! I really love going there and just having a great time with family and friends. If you love it there too, you are definitely looking at the right guy. Please be open to allowing yourself to being loved, and surrendering yourself to happiness when it presents itself... Otherwise, what's the point to any of this adventure? :)

I tend to get creeped out by those "Glamour Shots" taken at the mall. You know, the fuzzy, frosted-looking ones where they make your hair absolutely humongous and then have you wear a ridiculous cowboy hat (usually making you tip it at the camera)? YIKES... there oughtta be a law!

And one more thing... this is VERY important for any lady out there who might be interested in me: If you think that thugs, tough guys, gangstas, drama kings, etc are even REMOTELY attractive, MOVE ALONG. I do not wear a baseball cap sideways, my car does NOT go "boom", and I speak proper English. I do not own guns, I do not like fighting, and I do NOT go to places where those things are likely to be present. Girls who like "bad boys" get what they ask for. Don't get me wrong, I am not a prude by any means. I am just not STUPID. And thugs are STUPID.

I reeeeeally do love movies, and I also love food. So, dinner and a movie seems to make a whole lot of sense to me. The cliche of meeting for coffee sounds so incredibly boring. I am already nervous enough meeting someone. Getting wired on coffee sounds like a bad idea during a first conversation, lol!
