About Me
A warm hello!... thanks for checking my profile. Blessed with youthful looks (well dye the hair mind you!) Some may wonder why I am here still... 1. I am inefficient - a one woman at a time guy. 2. I am not desperate - and not 'a settler'.
An initial mutual attraction is obviously important, pictures are good, but may not reflect the spirit/charisma of a person. (I'd like to move to chat on the phone) BASICS:
• I'M A BRIT - I not only have the odd accent but also enjoy a healthy laugh at myself!
• I'VE DONE ALOT OF THINGS - My journey has flowed from rock-musician, to 9 years in care of the disabled (incl. Nursing training), theology, leadership, digital arts and new media, I've even been an intense marathon runner. Now a journalist / networker
• I'M A 'HEART' PERSON - I appreciate that sometimes past hurts take time to heal - we're all on a journey, and I strive to be understanding and genuinely care - giving you space when you need it. Constantly affectionate - love to kiss & cuddle anytime!
• I'M A GOOF! - I love spontaneity, 'choppin and chattin' (slow cooking together), challenging hikes and conversation. My kids are 17, 22 & 23 and all live their mom. I am certainly open to a situation involving kids.
• I'M REAL - At this age/stage I have learned a few things! I look for a relationship that allows us to both be real. It's great to be able to share feelings/thoughts/dreams and explore life together honestly without judgment.
• I'M a CHRIST follower - yah not for everyone, but want to be honest. I go to church and yet am NOT a prude or moralist.
Laughter is a must, and a commitment (as relationship grows) to communicate, even if when it's hard. I am under no illusions, building relationship together at this age/stage has challenges - but SO worth the effort.
I am very affectionate and giving, successful yet humbled. I am not self absorbed, or here cos of 'neediness' Driving around in the Lower Mainland IS a pain! I do have an office downtown (Vanc) and nice wheels, but based in the Valley... hey that said - anything can work IF there is chemistry!

Oh something that is in YOUR comfort zone... (with respect for boundaries and for you as person and a woman)... start with somewhere quiet and relaxing to yak. If you want, I can take the lead... phone first is cool...

 | 'Britrocker' is a steadfast and true friend. He is a delight to meet and to get to know! I know of very few men that are such good listners and very caring about what you share. Not only that, but I admire his intellect and the wonderful debates and discussions we have, along with a deep respect for each other! Treat my Brit well, ladies, because he deserves only the best that you could/should offer him. Be only truthful and sincere -- don't mislead or pretend -- or I will hunt you down!!! lol Sylvia
