I have many hobbies and interests, but they all seem to be on hold most of the time because I'm a single dad of a 2 year old, and she consumes a majority of my time. When I do get a free moment, I enjoy working out, playing/listening to music, travel, but most of all, I love the game of baseball, and so does my little carpet comando. As far as my goals are concerned, I want to get a degree in education/ teaching, then when I retire from the Military, I want to teach high school kids.

The thing that mostly makes me unique is my sense of humor. I was a stand-up comedian, not a big sucessfull one, but a comedian none the less. I did get a chance to travel the US, and meet lots of great people. I think I'm still a funny guy, and still love to entertain people, but I no longer have the need to be the center of attention wherever I go.

My taste in music does vary quite a bit. Like everyone else, I like all kinds of music, and my favorite bands include Van Halen, Foo Fighters, Rolling Stones, The Killers, The Who, Reel Big Fish, Sam and Dave, Sammy Hagar, The Clash, AFI, Less than Jake, and many others.

For a good first date, start with a good early dinner, but nothing fancy followed by a walk, or a drive, maybe a ballgame. Then go to nice quiet bar, have a few drinks and get to know one another better. I'm pretty open to new things, and wouldn't want to call all the shots on a first date.
