I'm looking for a a true life partner--a good man who has a big and kind heart, a healthy sense of humor, a love of the outdoors and the simple joys in life.

He is comfortable expressing his feelings and believes that friendship and communication are the cornerstones of a sound and lasting relationship. He is compassionate and passionate; he understands the meaning of of putting each other first. He is as comfortable dressed up for a night on the town (dinner and dancing) as he is in jeans (to hang out or work in the garden together). He knows that the special woman in his life needs to be romanced and looks forward to dancing with her under the stars or even around the kitchen.

I'm hoping to find my best friend--someone to share it all with. Life should be joyful enough that daily tasks, such as cooking together, can be fun-filled, companionable events!

My dream would be to live in the country, surrounded by nature--preferably in a warmer climate-- that would be bliss!

After sufficient communication via the internet, then phone and then a casual meeting--maybe lunch, if we decide we have something worth pursuing, my ideal first date would be spending time outdoors, maybe in a state park, to give us time to relax, walk and chat in the sun, perhaps curl up with a picnic and a good book in the shade, followed by an evening of dancing.
