My little sister says I am a pretty outstanding guy, and she is very hard to please ;). Affectionate and compassionate, I love people, especially laughing with them. I am fairly well read and try to keep up with current events, so I can discuss just about anything. Talk to me about philosophy, politics, video games, and silly internet videos. My sense of humor can be dry or wet(?), high-brow or low-brow. Be prepared for horrible puns.

Knights have been an obsession of mine practically since I could walk, so I always try to act like one.

I'm looking to expand my world beyond the boundaries of my own head because I spend WAY too much time in there. After years and years, I finally have become comfortable in who I am, and I want to meet women who are comfortable in who they are too. I'm don't want to find "my other half;" I want to find another whole! Be opinionated, passionate, and creative. I'll try my best to do the same ;)

As for my day job, I work at Crate and Barrel, but for my REAL job, I write. I'm working on a project that I fully expect to revolutionize the literary world! Optimistic, eh? Only time will tell ;)

Any time not spent writing or working or sleeping I mostly spend hanging out with friends, watching movies or TV, playing video games, and spending time with my mom and sister.

Listening to metal often gets combined with all my activities. I listen to heavy metal (Saxon, Priest, Maiden), progressive metal (Ayreon, Symphony X), folk metal (Ensiferum, Turisas), symphonic metal (Epica, Haggard), gothic metal (Delain, After Forever), some thrash metal (Nevermore, Pantera, Rage), a little industrial metal (Rammstein), my beloved power metal (Blind Guardian, Kamelot, Iced Earth), and Queen.
