I'm a nice guy that loves to have fun. I try to workout several times a week and am a fair weather runner. In the spring I'm planning on doing a half marathon.

I've been to university and have a double major in history and psychology, but somehow I ended up in massage therapy and am enjoying it. The common theme here is people I guess. Working with people I find to be very rewarding, even when things don't go well I still try my best to help.

I am a bit shy at first but once I warm up to someone I'm a bit of a goof. Oddly enough I enjoy doing hard work every now and then, however I also love lounging around doing whatever. Movies are great fun but I won't admit to watching any "chick flicks".

My family is very important to me and I talk to them regularly and visit several times a year to escape the city. Not always a relaxing time as my dad never fails to save some chores for me. I grew up in a small town in northern BC and love getting back there to visit.

I'll give you a fair warning. I got a bad case of wanderlust at the moment and am working 6 days a week so I can take a cool trip somewhere. I haven't travelled much yet, but I'm hoping to make up for it soon. I'd love to hear any suggestions for some great trips

I'm looking for an easygoing girl who enjoys spontaneity and has a positive outlook on things. Someone who can work/cook/goof off along side me and have fun doing it. A partner I guess, you know that person who is supportive of what I do but isn't afraid to tell me if my cooking is terrible or that it's time for me to buy a new pair of shoes. The type of person who will go smiling to a Christmas party with me and we can keep each other company when we don't know anyone else.

Some random facts about me:
-I've watched 1 episode of Oprah in the last year. (I'll tell you which one over a drink sometime)
-I sleep with the closet door closed.
-I enjoy horror movies, both good and bad ones.
-I've read all the Twilight books.
-I'm excited that I don't have to shave over the holidays.

A great first date for me would be going for a coffee or something and just chatting. If there's a connection, then the dates get more elaborate.
