I am a single Mom, but my kids are grown now. I have dedicated my life to raising them, and am now, with their coaxing and incoragement, ready to focus on me.I am ready to start over, meet people, and enjoy a new part of my life. I work many hours which dosent often leave time for a social life,but I want that to change.

I have the neighborhood house where all the teenage boys like to hang out(with my son)but I am kind of an extra Mom to all of them. They keep me young.I am 46, but most people guess my age under 30. I guess I am well preserved,lol.I have put on some extra pounds, but I am working at taking them off. I am not very photogenic, so my pictures do not always show the real me. At least thats what my friends tell me.
.Bullies and Drama kings turn me off.I prefer to stay away from drug users, and heavy drinkers. I like romance. Surprises are great, like a call just to say you are thinking of me, showing up where I work, unannounced, maybe with a flower. A special text message, or email. I love all that mushy stuff.
Now that I have spent some time on this site, I find many people seem to never move on past the computer stage of it. I am not interested in spending my whole summer fishing on this sight. I want to take chances and actually meet people, see if there is a connection. Heck even if there isnt, I'm sure we can say hey we had fun anyway.
I am not one who sleeps around, and I'm not looking for a one night stand, just mean a date would be nice even if it turns out to be only one.
I beleive you wont know unless you try, so Instaed of judging by someone picture, you have to meet in person to see if there is a connection or not.

First dates are always tuff. Sometimes it is hard to know just what to talk about. I think a nice dinner out is always good, to see how that first impression goes.Or even just meeting for a late night snack or something. It can help to meet in a group, to make it a little easier. I really enjoy outdoors and walks in parks or lakes. This can make for a very interesting way to get to , know each other.
