I'm an honest hard working all around good guy. I love to travel. I want to do more and more traveling in the coming years. I also play golf and tennis. I love to snow ski. I didn't get my annual trip in this year and I'm still bummed about it! I love most adventures and I like to do just about any outdoor activity. I also like to go to small local venues and listen to live music. I like blues,rock,acoustical and some country. I don't like dance clubs or smoke filled bars but I do like to go to happy hour now and then or to hear music. Oh yeah, I'm a big dog lover too!

I am a self employed small contractor. I love my work and I aspire to satisfiy the needs of my customers. In the coming years I want to slightly grow my business and eventually be able to take a little time away from it and deligate someone else to handle some of what I do. Eventually I would like to sell my business and retire. As for any specific plans for the future, well I hope to find someone to share my future with and then I will make my plans with her.

I think what makes me unique is that I am very solid emotionally and career wise. I am the happiest I've ever been. I want to share my happiness with another and maybe find a woman that will make me happy for the rest of my life. I'm not planning on going backwards from here on out, only forward.

For a first date what would I do? Are we talking first meeting or first real date? The first meeting I would leave to her since I believe she is the one taking all the risk with on-line dating. The first real date would be something different all together and would depend on what I have learned about her up to that point. It would probably start with me picking up some flowers to present to her when I picked her up. I think most first dates should start with a drink in a quiet corner somewhere where we could talk and get to know one another a little better. Of course a very nice dinner at a nice romantic restaurant would be a must. After that it would depend on what was going on locally. It would be fun to see a great comedian or maybe see a special exhibit at a gallery or museum, anything where we could laugh and relax would be good. And hopefully if all went well the first date would end with a really nice goodnight kiss.
