I'm a single mom of two great kids. I'm looking for someone who knows what it takes to have a good relationship, and is willing to put forth the effort. No, actually, someone who doesn't consider it an effort, but something he really wants to do!
I've been single for almost five years now, and have really been surprised at how damaged the single people my age seem to be! I'm looking for someone emotionally heathly, who won't ever play games, who can put down his past bagage, and be open to a mutual friendship that could have the possibility of being a life long relationship, that he can put his whole heart into, and if not, will give me the respect of simply saying so. Don't just tell me what you think I want to hear, I respect the simple truth sooo much more, and even if hurtfull, I can handle it. I just can't tolerate being lied to. That, I will quickly get out of my life.
At first, I'm just looking for a friend I enjoy spending time with. I won't lie, though, eventually, if it becomes an exclusive relationship.... I do expect a lot from a guy, and I give the same in return. I'm looking for someone who will be involved with my children, who is very interested in my life, who will want to do things with me, just to be with me, even if he wouldn't have chose what we are doing himself, just as I would take an interest in things he is interested in, because, I am interested in him! I would like a Christian man, with good moral values. Someone who is kind hearted, and treats others the way he would like to be treated himself.
Finding that special person a second time, has been a lot harder than I would have thought! Maybe I never will, I would rather stay single, than settle for less than the man who makes my heart skip a beat every time I see him! I so hope I will be fortunate enough to find that for a second time in my life!

I guess I really just like the traditional first date. Dinner and a movie, and if that goes well, maybe drinks and dancing after. Or Just meeting for a few drinks and talking for a while, to see what we think of each other.
