I'm a regular guy looking for a regular gal. You don't need to speak 7 languages, have tight roped across the Grand Canyon, be faster than a speeding bullet, or be more powerful than a locomotive to impress me. If you've raised a child(ren), than you've already impressed me. That's the hardest, but most rewarding job there is. Having said that, I am a single dad, with old fashioned values, looking for a single mom with the same. I had a late start, but I am a proud dad of 3 kids that I love, and are actively involved with.(ages 18, 14 and 9). We have a full joint custody arrangement, and get along fine. There isn't any drama here.
I joined this site recently to meet, and potentially, fall in love again. It's been so long that I've felt those butterflies, and I miss them. (I've even forgot what they feel like, but I know I liked it) lol
I have a silly sense of humor, on the corny and sarcastic side. (But not mean) I love to laugh, and make people laugh. I've been told that I have a quick wit...but that's debateable.
I am gainfully employed as a Carpentry Construction manager, and have been for 25 years. I have my own house. (it's small but mine). I don't live with my mommy. I have 1 cat, who is my pal and roommate. (Hopefully you're not allergic, because she was here first) I love, and have 3 antique cars, ALL types of music (not really into opera or rap), biking, sports, (Yankees and Giants season ticket holder), antiques watches and clocks, the beach, amusement parks, broadway plays, watching my son play sports.
My mom raised me right, so I know how to cook (fairly well), clean, iron, sew, and all the things necessary to keep a house in order. (I know... my brother said I'd make a good wife.) I am also very handy, and just recently finished an addition on my house. I enjoy a woman's company, but I don't need a woman's company for me to be happy. I'm not looking for a mom, or someone to take care of me. I can do that myself. I'm looking for a partner to share my life with. Someone to walk beside me... not behind me. Someone to accept me for being the man that I have become, and not try to change me.
My ideal woman would be a single mom, close to my age, in reasonably good shape. (Let's face it, at our age it's a little harder staying in shape, then it was 20 years ago...right?) I'm a big and husky guy, so you little gals.... beware. lol I AM 6'1". I know guys lie about their height, but I don't.
If you live in lower Westchester, or not too far from there, that would be great. I'm not looking for a Barbie doll, because I'm not a Ken. I'm not looking for a couch potato, or a gym rat either. Just a regular gal. Someone comfortable in a baseball cap, (at a Yankee game) or a dress and heels (at a Yankee game.... your choice). lol. Finding you, is turning out to be much harder than I thought. Really!!

I always try to respond to every message that I receive. You took the time to write, and I should take the time to answer. Too many people, on this site, just read and delete. That's just plain rude. I have better manners than that.

Simple. To go someplace quiet for a casual drink, or a small bite, to get to know each other better and see if there is any chemistry. Someplace where the ladies room window is big enough for you to climb out of, in case we don't click.

Oh, one more thing. I delete any profiles, that include me on their favorites list, if they don't try to contact me. I also purge my lists often. I am not here to "collect" favorites. I am here to meet someone special. Thank you!
