it is long past time that I settled down with someone, and I'd like to do it now. I don't want to grow old alone. Here are some of the things I like

I like to write and record songs. OK, it is frustrating at times, but can be rewarding. You can listen to my music online if you google "Professor Martinopolous"
I like to learn.
I like to live.
I like to travel (and am fairly well traveled)
I like to ride my bike in Prospect Park (and wish I could do it with someone)
I like to drink coffee in the morning.
I like to smile.
I have 3 cats, and I like to brush their hair.
I sometimes like to admire the songs I've written and recorded. (Oh, I am so great sometimes.)
I like to read. My reading goes through different phases from novels to books about science and mathematics.

I'm a bit of a jokester, but I have a serious philosophical side. That every atom of everything we touch was made in a star, and that some of the heavy metals and such that surround us were made in very large stars is pretty intense, in my opinion. That we are the one life form, at least here on earth, that can appreciate it, and think about the universe and such is pretty spectacular.

I've also been meditating daily. I recently learned TM.

I work as a manager at a federal agency. It's a fairly interesting job, as it involves investigations (not FBI or CIA) and the analysis of different factual situations. Can be intense at times.
