I enjoy brisk walking, bicycling, backpacking/camping, travel and movies. I'm a professional psychotherapist, single for five years, own my own home and enjoy being single for the most part, but am ready for a more committed relationship. I've got a few more years before retirement, but I feel like I'm 40! I have a rationally based spirituality that is more Taoist or Buddhist-like in nature. I like all kinds of music and I like to laugh. I enjoy people who are witty and have a sense of humor.

Since we don't know each other very well, coffee or lunch somewhere would be safe first, in case either of us says, "Yuck!" But passing that test, it could be whatever or wherever we each decide. Maybe a nice quiet dinner somewhere, to get to know one another better. Or a picnic or a hike or whatever suits us. It's how we get along that matters.
