Wow, describing myself is one of my favorite things to do!! (no, not really). Let's see... I’m honest and upfront, likable and cuddly, energetic and lively, and sometimes spontaneous, but only when asked.

I like engaging in intellectual conversations and also having mindless babble. I like talking about politics, the world, who we are and where we’re headed, the meaning of it all, and the Simpsons. I like going out and I like staying in. I really like watching movies, and I’m pretty much a fan of all genres, except for the most sappy of romantic comedies. And even some of those I like. Say 40%.

I like socializing in big groups, but not as much as I like socializing in small groups. There’s not much of anything I like more than driving late at night down the highway in Manhattan listening to the radio.

I like writing, except when it’s in a small box on some website. I absolutely love vacations to beach-filled regions, but also to other regions where they are history-filled. I like going to see live music, but I’m sad that I don’t do it as much as I should. Same goes for reading non-fiction.

Perhaps my favorite thing to do to be active is rock climbing. I try not to take myself or life too seriously. I prefer spring and fall to winter and summer. The most important thing you should know about me is that I look horrible in pictures. Somehow, I actually do think an electric toothbrush might be a nice gift.

Come on, POF... you can come up with a better question than that?? Anyway, I tend to think that it's not the activity that you're doing, but more the person you are with, that makes it a good date. Really, honestly, even sitting and just watching people go by can be great if you're with the right person.
