You and I have read a lot of these profiles. They all sound pretty much the same. And in the end, chemistry really tends to make the decision. But since it is nice to know at least something about me, here is the reader's digest about me.

Why would you want to hang out with me?
- Can leap tall buildings and change from jeans to an evening gown in a single bound.
- Very social and outgoing. I love to be around people and connect others if I can.
- Fitness is important to me – I eat healthy and work out.
- But don’t think I am just a body - I have a brain and I like to use it.
- Career oriented, well educated, independent, and have my own business and a candy business on the side (chocolate covered English toffee is my specialty).
- Affectionate, honest, grounded, funny (I used to do improv comedy).
- Very laid back when it comes to relationships - dating should be fun and entertaining, not high stress or dramatic.
- Live in the Gold Coast and see myself living down town for the rest of my life. But that doesn't make me a big spender. I am financially conservative and don't carry credit card debt.
- Like most people in Chicago, I enjoy the theatre, restaurants, bars, and festivals.
- Social sports fan (I enjoy hanging out with friends to watch baseball, football and basketball).
- Quiet times are nice too - just reading or watching a movie (or some vapid reality TV). It isn't hard to have a memorable day when you share it with someone special.


I am looking for someone who wants to share the good times and help get through the bad times. Someone who is career focused, college educated, and values life long learning. (Someone who understands that being capable of "witty banter" probably means you should send me an email with more than "hi" in the subject line and more than one sentence in the contents). They should share some of my interests and traits, but also bring others to the table so we can both have new experiences. I am a city dweller and prefer that they are too.
