I'm a 29 year old fitness enthusiast who takes good care of himself, eats healthy, and pride himself on learning something new every day.

10 Not-so random points about me:

1) I spend most of my free time doing two things; Relaxing or finding something fun to do. "Something fun" normally involves an outdoor activity like hiking, kayaking/canoeing, biking, wandering through rivers, camping, or something else of that nature. I'm a big fan of the outdoors, and spend most of my free time in it.

2) If the economy improves, I hope to own my own fitness facility within 5 years.

3) I believe that intelligence and a sense of humor makes a woman. She can be the most beautiful, drop-dead gorgeous woman on the planet, but if she's dumb as a brick- and can't cope with my off-beat sense of humor- I don't have time for her- If you can't talk to me about something more significant than what was on TV last night, you're just boring.

I hate boring.

4) I'm looking for a woman who can keep up with me, who can challenge me mentally, physically and emotionally, and who shares similar interests. Health and Fitness is my life's interest, and the focus of my career goals. I'm constantly expanding and developing that focus, trying new things, always looking for some new challenge. I'm looking for someone to share that with.

I've dabbled in Crossfit, take Krav Maga weekly, and have tried- with various levels of success- basic gymnastics, Parkour, and Yoga.

Yes, I said Yoga. It's not pretty to watch, but I'm trying. :-)

5) A woman who can spell and who doesn't use the words "L-O-L", "O-M-G", or "B-F-F" in a verbal conversation is a big turn-on. I'm a grown man, and mentally mature. Age to me is not important; Your mental and emotional maturity is. If you think Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, or anyone else who appears on the cover of a US Weekly, OK Magazine, or any other tabloid on a regular basis is someone to aspire to, thanks for playing, but no. I also am extremely attracted to women who aren't afraid to go after what they want. A woman who approaches me first strikes me as someone who's not afraid of what others think, which is a quality I most admire.

6) I have hobbies. Several, in fact; I like photography, cars, history, cooking/grilling, and several other things I dabble in occasionally. Most are boring, but are enjoyable distractions.

7) I read- a LOT. Fiction, and non-fiction. Short stories/essays, and giant, epic-length monstrosities that require additional reference compendiums and a dictionary to be able to follow correctly. A woman who reads often is a woman capable of a lasting, intelligent conversation, which is a very good thing.

8) I live clean, which means I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. Its a lifestyle choice, and one I particularly enjoy. That being said, members of my family- including my parents- smoke, and almost all of my friends drink, which means I'm more tolerant of it than your average health nut. However, I consider smoking to be a large turn-off in a date, and excessive drinking to a deal-breaker. A drink occasionally is fine, but if- like so many people these days- you require it for social lubricant, or because you NEED it to relax, or just because, I'm probably not your type.

9) My sense of humor is unique. Some would consider it goofy, others dry- It just depends on how you know me. I love to laugh- even at myself- and the fact that I'm somewhat intelligent and a bit of a trivia buff can lead to obscure references, off-key jokes, witty sarcasms, and general confusion. I've been known to speak in the most formal tones, and will occasionally address a woman as "Madame". I can be most professional when I need to be, but I prefer to be the quick-witted goofball whenever it suits. I tend to be shy at first, but it normally dies as my comfort level rises.

- Has a sense of humor
- Attractive
- Is not crazy, still attached to an ex/fling/lover, or is emotionally unstable
- Is a student, or has a job
- The taller the better
- Has a car
