OK, will all keepers please take 2 steps forward....

Me? Happy and secure (relatively), not an alcoholic (I will have a few beers when I go out on the weekend), quit smoking 2 years ago (and have the extra 10 pounds to prove it, but I'm working on it), physically attractive (so I've been told), not strung out on drugs, not a psycho (they told me I was cured), not a stalker, not needy, not clingy (but attentive), independent, gainfully employed, financially responsible, and a true friend. But don't take my word for it, you'll have to see for yourself.....

Well, I've been in Dallas 2 years now. Yes, I got here as soon as I could.... What am I looking for? A Keeper - low maintanence and down to earth seeking the same. Someone nice on the inside (yes, for a change). I am serious about wanting a relationship, just not sure why it isn't easier to meet good people. Anyways, just ask and I'll fill in the blanks if you'd like to know more......

If you look around and don't see the fun or humor in the world around you, we're probably not a very good match. So with that said, maybe some reasons why you should get to know me better.....?

1. I'm divorced. (Yes, really, I am, been 7 years now.)
2. I still have some of my teeth. Well, they were there the last time I brushed.
3. I don't have to shave my back. I do have to shave my legs but don't.
4. I'm toilet trained and I even put the seat down when I'm done. Well most of the time....
5. I look nothing like my pictures. I'm much worse looking in person....
6. I live in the basement of my parents' house. The washer and dryer double as coffee tables....
7. A great first date would be riding you on my bicycle to the local McDonalds.
8. We can share a jail cell togethor. Yes, a friend will bail you out but your best friend will be sitting right there next to you saying, "Damn, that was fun!"
9. I can grill a mean batch of roadkill. And I can use a knife and fork to eat if I have to.
10. I look and act young for my age, I get carded at AARP meetings all the time.
11. I enjoy movies. And I do enjoy a night in watching garbage TV as much as anyone. But if you tell anyone I will deny it.
12. When I was born I had a choice between a good memory or a large _____. I can't remember which one I chose....

I think of it more as a first meeting. Say a nice restaurant, someplace quiet where we can chat, have fun and get to know each other. It's more about who you're with than what you're doing....
