My iPOD is jammed with all kinds of music. I like rock-n-roll best for dancing. Jazz is good for an evening out. I like old country better than new.

I spend lots of time on a tennis court. It's great exercise and a good sport. I'm working on my golf swing - again. It seems to have a mind of it's own. I enjoy watching almost all sports. Soccer in person is fine - it's a little slow on TV. It's a little slow everywhere unless it's World Cup time. I'm from Minnesota so I do watch hockey - at least at this time of year.

I have great friends and a wonderful family. I'm self employed and enjoy the freedom that comes with that as well as the challenges. It's been a lengthy separation and I'm tired of waiting for the "ink" on the paper to make it official. Evenings on the deck are much better when shared. I love to cook - especially this time of the year when everything is fresh.

There should be a catagory somewhere between dating and serious relationship. One seems too casual and the other to much about an end result.

Want to hit a bucket of balls and then get a cold beer? Or, listen to some jazz with a glass of wine. Do you have grandkids playing baseball? That would have to come later, wouldn't it? My dog and I will meet you and your dog at the park.

I guess what I'm saying is, there are lots of different things to do where you can hold a conversation and get to know someone. Let's see if there are any sparks before having a romantic dinner.
