I'm 25 years old and live in Sheffield, South Yorks.

My hobbies include football (I follow Reading - which is where i am originally from), music - listening to (i have a fairly eclectic taste which ranges from classic rock to punk & metal to pop and other things as well) and playing (i play guitar, self-taught). I also enjoy films and TV, my favourite programmes include the simpsons, futurama, family guy, south park, frasier, seinfeld, the x files and lots more stuff thats mostly comedy and/or sci-fi. As far as films go i enjoy action/sci-fi/fantasy films like Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, James Bond etc but i also enjoy a good comedy or drama/thriller!

At the moment i am looking to move into my own place in Sheffield and my ambitions include hopefully doing alot more travelling and visiting other countries in the future. I would like to travel around Europe and also visit America, Australia and the Far East and would love someone to share that with.

As for myself, i am quite a shy person but i do enjoy socialising whether at home/house parties or on a night out on the town. My friends are important to me but i always enjoy meeting new people. I enjoy being romantic, flowers and candle-lit dinners and surpise gifts are great fun especially if the other person is really into it.

My taste in music is quite varied i like alot of classic rock (Pink Floyd, The Who, Led Zep) as well as more modern and heavier rock (Metallica, Guns n Roses, Smashing Pumpkins), i also like alot of mid-90s 'Brit-pop' stuff (Oasis, Blur, Pulp, Suede).

Not entirely sure what to expect from this site, it would be nice to find something long term with the right person but it would also be good just to meet a few new people! If you want to know more then feel free to send me a message :)

For a first date i would meet them for a drink so that we can talk and get to know a little bit about each other in a casual setting. Then after that go for something to eat at a nice restaurant where we can talk more, and afterwards maybe go to watch a film if she is interested in doing that.
