Hello, my name is Shannon;

I am 46 years old, I don’t look it but I am. My profile lists me as 37; I have tried to fix it three times but the program won’t let me change it so I tell everyone up front in my narrative.

At this stage of my life, I am not about drama. I've been single for the past four years so I am ready to meet that special someone. There are so many adventures that I would love to share with that one special Lady.

I would like to meet someone that is active; I like to go out to dinner and dancing or to the Theater/movie. I can dress up for a nice evening out but jeans and a nice shirt are more my style.

When I am not “at a real job”, I like to keep active. I go camping, cycling, golfing, tennis, hiking, fishing, kayaking, wine tasting, or for an evening walk around the lake. I am athletic and keep myself in great shape. I don’t like doing any of these things alone, I would much rather share adventures with you.

I am big into woodworking so I am often puttering around in my shop building something. I also love to work in the yard. I recently bought a home at Lake Hicks in Lacey and I am currently remodeling. I am loving every minute of it.

I have two son's (9 and 11). I share 50/50 custody with their Mother and there is no drama there either.

I am not a great cook, according to my son’s, but I do like to help and I do the dishes after dinner. I like red wine, would rather go to a play rather then a movie but I do both.

I am a kind person with a big smile, a deep laugh, and a great sense of humor. My friends know that I would help them at any time even if it were to help them move.

I open doors for people; I bring flowers for no reason, and plan weekend getaways just to surprise you. I was raised to treat people with respect and I have instilled that in my boys.

The perfect guy? No. One who is kind and caring? Yes!

I have a great job that I love so no stress there. My personal life is good so I am not "on the hunt" I am happy with my life. But I am tired of being alone and I want to find that exciting, romantic someone. A best friend and lover.
