Hello my name is Eric i'm 36 year's old and live in Lewistown,IL. I have a 9 year old son from my previous marriage. I was divorced in September 2008 after 10 years of marriage, was with same woman for 15 years. I work as a Maintenance Mechanic @ a chemical factory in Mapleton,IL. I enjoy hunting & Fishing and anything to do with the outdoors. The on-line dating and dating is all new to me? But my home town has 2600 people in it----everybody knows everybody or they are related? Just seeing what's out there?
I have joint custody of my son, he is with me 50% of the time. Usually 4 days in a row on a rotation cycle.I help coach his football in the fall and his baseball in the summer. I also help with his boy scouts in the winter time. These's are usually in the evening or on weekends on top of the days i have him.
I love the outdoors not just hunting and fishing.I like to swim and walk, ride bikes, ride 4-wheelers. In the spring and fall i do a lot of hiking in the woods. I used to work out often ( my work had a gym at the plant we could use )I would run 3-3.5 miles every other day and lift weights on the other days on my lunch hour.In 2005 i switched jobs and no longer do those activities on my lunch hour.
If you would get to know me, i spend a lot of time working in my yard. I have 7.5 acres where i live and keep 3 acres mowed like a golf course. (That's what my friends say?)LOL! There's lots of trees and bushes's, flower's--- you get the idea--- always something to be doing out there if you want to.
My taste in foods and music. I like just about any foods. will not eat spinach, green beans,bressel sprouts.Will not eat liver, clams, oysters or tuna salads/chicken salads, don't know why, every since i was a kid they grossed me out? My taste in music is really open. i like all types of music depending on where i'm at and who i'm with and what i'm doing. Classical is one that i can't handle. My dad listened to it when i was growing up and i felt like it was torture when he had it on.LOL!

The woman i'm looking for???? I need to be attracted to a woman, Then we have to get along.I would like to find a woman that has a love for the outdoor's like i do. She wouldn't have to neccessarily hunt or fish, but would enjoy being outdoors or didn't feel like if i was doing things outdoors it was taking time from her? I don't think this is ever going to be a issue,because my son is a good kid. straight A's ,no touble @ school, minds for the most part, polite. But he is my son and how someone gets along with him does matter to me. I see about 90% of woman put this on their profile(don't like players or games). i understand "dating" and getting to know people, but if you & I are at a point when we are TXTing each other and talking all the time & telling each other how much we miss each other.....THEN YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING IT WITH OTHER GUYS!!! If you are a woman that needs 3,4,5 guys doing this to you---you are not the woman for me?
