Hmmmm.... Decided to change my intro a bit.

So I'm trying to figure out what it takes to get someone to write me back or even just strike up a conversation with me.
I know we all have to be somewhat attracted and I like to think that I am a cute/handsome guy.
I'm not looking to "just hook up". I'm tired of sleeping alone (ok my dog curls up at the the foot of the bed but its not the same).
I'd love to curl up and watch a movie with someone once in a while.
I have a big heart but am tired of being alone. I don't need someone but would like to have someone special in my life. I think that is why we are all here, or at least we should be.

i like sports, good movies, and all that fun stuff.
i'm looking for someone that i enjoy being with and has a great sense of humor. if you have any questions just ask.

What I really really want:
I really want to find that one person to spend the rest of my life with. I am a confident individual and believe that being compassionate, caring, and a romantic at heart doesn't make me soft at all.
I am a big romantic at heart and really want to find someone to share all those special moments with.
I'm not sure about kids yet. Its hard to think about having kids without that right person in my life to have them with, but I know I don't want to wait many more years to find that part out.

What I would like to find in a partner (not deal breakers just general ideas)
great sense of humor (ok that is a must)
somewhat intelligent (have to be able to want to talk to you and not get annoyed)
cute/sexy (well to me and thats all that matters)
ambitious (goals in life are a must)
sports (sports lover would be a big plus, especially football)
music and movies (i love most types of music and all kinds of movies except horror movies)
video games (I do play some games but mainly to unwind after a long day at work or on a day off. Its more of a hobby than anything else.

I hate relationship games and am done with all the drama. Why do people need to play cat and mouse? If you like someone and they like you, why do you have to ignore them? why can't you call them when they are on your mind? why can't you send a text to tell them you miss them?
I'm looking for one (read 1) woman to date. Not 100 not one night stands, just one woman that gets me, understands my sense of humor, and that wants to spend enjoyable time with me when she can.

I am a smart and funny guy with a sarcastic sense of humor.
I have a big heart and it often gets me in trouble.
I am slowly learning how to not jump the gun on things (slowly being the key word).
I am into sports (football, baseball, hockey, basketball, golf, etc...)
I manage a sports bar. It has its ups and downs, but is always interesting.
I shave my head, and have since may 2001. I think it works for me.
I'm 36 now (just had a bday), was married for a few short months in 2000 (such a long time ago) and haven't been in many LTR since then. I'm ready to settle down with the right person. I hate playing games and am not looking for one night stands.
I have a puppy (well she is 3 now) and her birthday is the same day as mine. She is my princess for sure and the way i'm going the only kid i'm going to have. lol.
I'm an open book, loyal, honest, trustworthy and caring.
I am a nice guy but still confident in what I do.
I'm not a push over by any means but have no problem spoiling the woman I care about.
