In search of the one that makes me catch my breath at the mere thought of her. Wanting something more than admiration, or lust. When there is a deep seeded desire to forgo anything and everything because without her is inconsequential, you know you have found where you truly belong. It may be romanticized, it may be wishful thinking, but in the end what makes that one person special to you are the intangibles that no one else can give you.

Here is a quote from an acquaintance that has been integrated into my life recently. "If you do what you have always done, you will get what you've already had."

Having given you a taste into how I think when it comes to relationships, I should elaborate a little as it pertains to who I am. My thinking tends to be out of the box when it comes to most things. I am a very social person and love to surround myself with those who exude diversity in thought and interests. I am non-judgmental and find fascination in most everything unique.

I do not shy away from challenges as I find deep satisfaction in my successes. Forever the optimist, you will never find me wallowing in life's little puddles. I believe we choose to be happy or filled with negativity, and life for me is too finite and full of possibilities to be entangled in drama or pessimism.

So if you know how to have a healthy relationship in all aspects, I would love the opportunity to talk to you.

If it is to meet for the first time, definitely something simple such as a walk down Whyte or grabbing a coffee to go and sit on a bench overlooking the river valley.

As for a first date (if the meet went as we both hoped of course) I would love to do something that neither of us have. Possibly an early morning or evening hot air balloon ride over the city, or if competition is your game, then maybe 9 holes of golf. In reality it is not what you do but the company you keep that matters, but lets make the most of it and have fun!
