I'm a happy camper. 1 older child at home, a great job and a good attitude. I hold a brown belt in Karate, keeps me in shape and clears my head.
Chemistry is important and I would like to meet someone with whom I have a mutual attraction, likes to give and receive affection and who is also willing to take the time to establish a good foundation for a long-term relationship. I'm comfortable in jeans or decked out for an evening. I know everyone say's that but it's true! I admit there is a bit of the girly girl in me. Cashmere with jeans is a very good thing. For fun I just may head down to Santa Cruz to spend time with friends or take off for Napa or San Fran when I can. I truly enjoy a good bottle of wine. I love the ocean and everything about it. Boating has become my favorite summer pastime. Enjoy a rainy day with a good book and a nice fire with someone I care about. My golden retriever is my best friend. Gardening, cooking, and a few times a year an actual nap in a hammock on an island somewhere balances me. I love cruising and seeing the world. I'll fly anywhere. I hope to learn to sail next summer. I actually skydived once and loved every second of it.

My search is for a gentleman who is comfortable with himself. A man who believes in passion and knows how to kindle some of his own. Kind and patient with a bit of "fire" in him. Someone who rolls with the punches and doesn't take life too seriously but is proud of who he is and what he has achieved.
