I'm been following the P-90 x work out system as advertised on Tv. I lost about 15 lbs since October 0f 08. I have taken up jogging since August 09 and im dedicated to looking better and feeling health as I near 40.

My family is important to me, especialyy my parents , my sister, and my two nieces and my job as well. Comforting to have a steady job.

I like simple things like a good movie, or watching good Tv dramas like True Blood or Dexter
