We're on a site called plenty of fish! Might as well have a little fun between emails. I'm serious at work...not on a fishy website.

Vol.1: Good things come to those who are patient. Just like waiting for a moose with a huge rack(get your mind out of the gutter) to come out of the woods. I'm adding that i am not strictly Mr outdoorsman.(i have a Hugo Boss flannel shirt for nice restaurants. JK) I say this because i'm getting asked if i go camping and fishing every weekend. I have a cottage up north that i enjoy going to,and i have a place in the city...neither one is a tent. I have a great reverence for nature and find the wilderness very relaxing. I'm just looking for a nice lady to do things with and see where it goes from there. I am open to new ideas and adventures. I would like to do some travelling as i have not seen enough of the world's more exotic location's.
I don't have a list of what you should be,(the "list" has been proven wrong before)sometimes opposites do attract or at least maybe introduce some new activities.(to the lady whose sole interest is "dominating"...NOO!!!)Ok,not polar opposites.

Online dating eh? I'm a little bit old fashioned but why not look for love online. And yes i do open doors for women,offer my jacket if your cold and even bring you flowers for no reason. I believe that you should treat people the way you would like to be treated(actually i don't require flowers).

I've been told that i'm a very nice guy (there's the kiss of death). I always wave back or honk at kids when they go by in a bus or car, i think that's hilarious.
I am an honest,considerate person. I'm very trusting but i have recently discovered that i can't believe everything i read in a profile(imagine that). I like to stay active. I also enjoy the art of contemplation. AKA doing nothing in front of a fire. I enjoy outdoor photography and all that can go along with it. Hiking,canoeing,biking,kayaking.
I do enjoy a good conversation as i find many things in this world interesting(if not bizarre). As far as that smarts n/a description...i resemble that remark(i mean resent). I'll change it to PhD later to see what happens.

I like a good laugh and i find people that can laugh at themselves less pretentious. Goals? I haven't played hockey for years. Aspirations? Only when i have a headache (sorry that was bad). What makes me unique? My fingerprints. I like most types of music from Andrea Bocelli to Jimi Hendrix to Dwight Yoakam(not angry rap though). I also enjoy attempting to play a few tunes on the guitar.

I'm curious. Many ladies say they enjoy travelling and yet they don't want a man who has baggage...if you've read this far i don't need to say the next line (i couldn't resist).
That should be MORE than enough for now. It's the weekend...time to sleep(just kidding). Time to go out and solve world hunger(i wish i could do more). Time to spend some money,let's go to Vegas.

Contrary to the way it may appear,i'm not hear to just joke around. And serial dating(apparently that's what it's called here)is something i'd rather not do. So some emails and or phone calls sounds like a good way to start. I'd be elated if i met that special someone here but i'm not expecting it,in the meantime i've met some nice ladies and they seem to like my pics...the ones without me in them(i concur,especially the cheeseball shot.) Let the games begin! Just warming up for the Olympics.

There is a certain voyeuristic addictive quality to this site though...i hate it.LOL. It blew my mind when i heard some people have been here for years. OMG LHM!!

Whether i meet the right woman here or not,i think i could write a book on human behaviour. Certainly some interesting personalities here. Some profiles are a gas,a couple have even been quite sad. I've been asked a couple of times if i always talk this much...not always. I do find all of this rather intriguing though. Welcome to internet dating. Online dating is like public transportation, it's a fantastic idea but you can't control the weirdos that use it. I wish i could take credit for that line.
