I guess I'm kind of a weird guy, but hopefully in the good way. ^_^

I'm very liberal and not very religious/spiritual, though I get along fairly well with people who are as long as they aren't the fire and brimstone types.

I love to read though I'm picky about what I read.

I'll probably be going to grad school at UT in Fall 2010 for Information Sciences, meaning I want to be a librarian.

Also, it should be noted that while I listed myself as Big and Tall, what I mean is that I am chubby (not huge) and tall (6'5").

Some turn offs for me include, but are not limited to:
People who type in ALL CAPS, people who use 2 and 4 instead of to and for (exceptions to text messages), republicans (oppose my social beliefs), libertarians (oppose my democratic socialist beliefs), people who deny science in favor of religion (Christians can believe in evolution), any sort of bigots (don't like people based on their religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, weight, height...it doesn't matter, I won't like you.)

Some things that turn me on: Intelligence (you don't have to be college educated, just intelligent enough to have been), bigger women (Not HUGE, but I like em' with a bit of meat on their bones. Anorexia is not sexy.), tattoos/piercings (sexy, but not needed), a love for history (not required, but if you don't have an interest in it then you might be bored since I do tend to geek out about it a bit), independent women (also not required, but since I'm rather independent it helps).

First dates are all about getting to know one another so with that in mind I think the perfect first dates involve activities which allow conversation but doesn't force it. Such activities would be to go to an aquarium/zoo, mall, amusement park, etc.
