Hi, I am now starting to get pretty serious in my search for the perfect (compatible) man to spend all my spare (not a lot) of time with. I work too hard and my children are now independent (got cars), so I need someone who can fill my time with jokes, laughter, idle chat, walks, restaurants, and lazy days in the garden having a bbq (can anyone put together for me?) I have been divorced far too long, had a few serious boyfriends and marriage proposals but not worked out (cause I am very fussy) and found the possessive streak in all the men I dated. I say be my partner, but live and let live, if I want to see my mates or stay in by myself, why can't I, same as you can go out with the lads, this is the 21st Century - we are not glued at the hip - we must have miss you time ! Love my dance/r n b music, am very young at heart.

On the first date we should just be trying to get to know each other and find out likes and dislikes, if we have anything at all in common, if you like to travel and the places you have been. I would need to know where you see yourself in say 5 years time, what are your main goals and aspirations. I do not want any more children (pushing days are well gone), just want to enjoy my life now the kids not hanging at my skirt. Have time for that someone special getting to know one another should be a gradual process as we spend more time together the bond should become stronger (maybe we will never want to be apart). I would not rule out marriage, though that would only be if I was 1000% sure!!
