I am a woman who values family, friends, and sometimes just plain alone time. I search for common interests, differences of opinions (sometimes), similar values, imperfections, vulnerabilities, integrity, and honesty -- a man of his word and a man who is loving and kind to others. Chemistry between two people is essential, and, most importantly, they are without a doubt, emotionally available.

I like to have fun, laugh, and enjoy the moment. I consider myself playful, creative, open, curious, and evolving. I am, however, one who is serious when the need presents itself, and sometimes that’s too often. I find the ability to connect in conversations on many levels and share ideas with one another to be exciting.

Music speaks to me...from David Benoit, to Chris Botti, Pink Martini, Santana, and Rachmaninoff, Debussy, and Mozart. I am passionate about the art I can create, and I find energy with my fiber art -- in whatever direction it takes me. That craft evolves and I’m still finding my niche in the wearable art arena.

I have a deep concern about the affairs of our world...I prefer to find a solution rather than to stay in the problem. Despite the current issues facing us all, I am encouraged that the “better” is coming. This applies to just about anything. I get incredible satisfaction from helping others by volunteering for various organizations. I enjoy living out of a suitcase, which means travel … I have traveled extensively in the US and overseas. I want this to continue to be my experience. I visit the ocean as often as I can...it restores my soul and renews my sense of “being.” And, I’m open to golf again (and volunteering for the various US Opens).

Ah, first dates...that just depends on the person, doesn't it? BUT, for me, I'd like to write back-and-forth for a while and then meet for coffee to see if the chemistry on paper is the same in person.
