Hello and thanks for reading my profile. I live in Illinois, but travel all over.
As I grow older, I realize that my life is good, other than I'm missing that special someone. Someone who knows how to enjoy themselves, someone who will be there for me as I for them. Someone who wants a real relationship. I know I'm not the barbie doll type, but I like who I am, can you say the same. I have a great job that I truly enjoy. I'm an outgoing lady who enjoys having fun. I'm down to earth and not materialistic. Everyone on here says they're looking for someone honest, I of course want that to, but I think to find out if someone is honest, that takes time. It's not just something you can say.

I'm a romantic, and that means leaving little notes. A call in the middle of the day just to say hi.

I have 2 great kids, but they are older now and have their own lives. I'm comfortable and independent and can hold my own in any situation. And I'm not the type to wait on man to do what he says he's going to do and then doesn't. I'm too old for games and hope there is someone out there that feels the same way I do.

I know there is a man out there that will actually call when he says he's going to. I'm just having problem finding someone like that. Am I asking too much?

My ideal first date would be dinner in a nice quiet place so we could talk and get to know each other. Then possibly a comedy club, a casino or anything fun that is a good time to laugh and have fun.
