I'm originally from Wisconsin and moved here a few years ago. I work at a branding/design agency and love living in the city. Outside of work, I am drawn to artistic hobbies and always have been since I was a kid. I'm really into playing guitar, drawing, and photography. I enjoy going to live shows (only for bands I like though), and am really into music in general. I also love to go out and have a good time with friends, and find new restaurants and chill bars. Other than all that, I love golfing, sports in general (esp. football), traveling, snowboarding, exploring New York, exercising/staying in shape, and experiencing life to the fullest whenever possible.

I would describe myself as an intelligent, warm person, and I usually always have a smile on my face. The way I treat people means a lot to me, so I always try to be humble, honest, and considerate. I love to laugh, goof off, and engage in thoughtful, random conversations about anything. I'm also really analytical, and would describe myself as a mix of art and science - I can put on a suit and analyze data all day, but at night I'll play guitar for hours and work on drawings with a glass of wine in hand. In that respect I like to think I have a good sense of balance, which is very important to me. I'm also really laid back and friendly; being from the midwest helps with that I guess.

I just want us to have the chance to talk and get to know each other. Fun, spontaneous activities are always interesting, but conventional dates are fine as well - the most important thing is the person, not the activity. First dates are usually low-key, casual, and meant to see if we have good enough chemistry to see each other again.
