I put a profile up a while ago and have met some very nice people so far but no one that I’ve really really connected with. So I thought Id take the time to flesh out my profile out, and be a little more specific about who I am and who id like to find.

Me in a nutshell.

-I’m a big movie buff. Huge movie collection (shhhh not all legit). I love well-made films, off color comedies, and well-written dramas but can still enjoy good stupid funny movies. Nothing better on a rainy day than to curl up on the couch and throwing in a good flick.

-Shows, I like the “Office, 30 rock, Its always sunny in Philadelphia, Arrested Development (funniest show of all time)”.

-Music, I’ll listen to just about anything except rap, and club music. Some of my all time favorite bands are “Cake, Nickel back,”

-In my spare time I love to build things. Anything that strikes my interest. I work with wood, stained glass, I went through a year and a half fabrication school and learned to weld and do all kinds of metal fab. I find it very satisfying to make something from nothing.

-I love the outdoors. I camp as much as my work schedule allows in the summer. I love to fish and go crabbing. Growing up my dad was an avid hunter but I haven’t done too much of that as an adult. However I still like to go out shooting every once in a great while.

I’ve got a good sense of humor, never take myself to seriously, and prefer people just as willing to laugh at themselves. Sarcasm is always a plus. I’m very easy going. Not temperamental, judgmental, or just plain mental. I like to find the fun in the little simple things. I won’t lie; I’m a pretty nerdy guy. I like to read when I find a good sci-fi or fantasy series. Back in the day I was a fan of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” yes I’m that geeky. Every few weeks or so, I like to game with the guys. I’m not a big drinker, but once in a while I do like to have people over for a bbq and drinks. I don’t really do the bar thing anymore but I will go if that’s what the group is doing. I don’t do any kind of drugs.
I consider myself a Christian but haven’t actively gone to church since I was in high school. I believe in being as honest and moral as I can in my life, not just when people are watching. I pay all my bills on time and take care of my obligations. Even through the rough times I’ve managed to keep my credit clean. I’m a heavier set guy, but handsome. I can’t make excuses, really need to get myself into some kind of exercise routine, but I am who I am so if you’re hung up on weight then I’m not the guy for you.

That’s me basically. Id love to find someone with similar interests to spend time with.
