I switched my profile to "Not Single/Not looking" since I am not currently looking to date... and yet, I found someone and am really enjoying my time with her... Go figure... Still need access to the forums, so the account will be here for a bitFamily:
I enjoy taking my kids to Wild Waves, parks, movies, and just spending time with them.
Most of my biological family lives in Michigan or the Midwest. I would love to live closer to them, but my kids are here, so here I stay. (That, and I have good job here, too.)
Friends:
I have a friend who has a weekly poker game, it isn't guys only, and a few women regularly attend.
I go to the movies, dinner, play darts and pool with my friends.
Most of my friends are younger than I am. The first real friend I had in this area was younger, he introduced me to his friends; It's the domino effect. I have a few my age, just the majority are around 26-30.
I keep trying to get some of them to go to the live comedy shows around here, but can't seem to arrange it. (hey, I have a date planned already!!!)
Looking for:
I want to find someone who can laugh... At me, herself or just life in general, even better if you can do it in public.
It should be a slow process. I have kids, you most likely have kids. Probably friends with flirting is a good way to put it, at least in the beginning. I'm very protective of my kids... well actually kids in general, but more so for my own. I don't want them to have the confusion of meeting someone who might only be in their life for 6 months, or less... It would be great if the very next woman I go on a couple of dates with would be my life partner, but I'm realistic. So I want a woman who can understand that and hopefully feel the same way. Not that I won't talk about my kids.. They are a big part of my life, expect to see pics, how they are doing, good stuff, problems, etc...
Marital Status, Separated (see an honest guy):
Separated in March,
Live in Separate homes near each other,
She knows I'm dating,
I know she is dating,
No we don't talk about our dates with each other.
Friendly, civil, and show respect towards each other.
Petition filed jointly, etc...
Questions about it, ask, I'm an open book...
Are there more details you would like to see here? Let me know.

It would depend on what we both have in common, I enjoy spending time with people who are enjoying themselves (friends, family, or dates). So it could be anything from dinner, to seeing a comedy show, to coffee and local music, maybe even putt-putt and ICE CREAM if it's a sunny day.
