I recently decided to shave lol, so as of now I have no facial hair and will get a photo within the past couple of weeks up soon. I hate having my pic taken so you are more likely to see one of Bigfoot first.

Knowledge is everywhere, just waiting to be absorbed, even from the simplest of places. It's great to learn something new everyday, don't you think, even if it is just a fact or two?

Yes, like all people here, I'm honest, but I view it differently, if I say something, you will see that is what I mean, after all, if you cant trust someones word, can you really trust the person? That lie today may be hard to keep track of down the road.

Shyguy syndrome is one of my worst qualities, it often keeps me from meeting a woman, that first introduction, but once I do, opening up and becoming comfortable around her is usually quick, usually within minutes or hours.

Humor is very important to me, I like to laugh and make others laugh. As long as you can laugh and make me laugh, we should get along. Did I mention laughing?

Helping others with various problems (whether it be personal or mechanical, LOL) is also something I enjoy. I don't talk as much as some would like, but I do listen well.

Being self sufficent comes easy to me, I was taught many things growing up, especially by my parents, and things that interested me I would learn more about. You get a good feeling of fulfillment by doing somethings yourself.

Cooking is something else I enjoy, although not spectacular, I can cook almost anything and have most turn out edible, spaghetti with a nice meat sauce and garlic bread being one of my favorites. What goes good with cooking? Baking of course, I was also a baker in my younger days for several years and think I actually started baking sometime around 10 years old. I prefer not eating from a can, although it saves on dishes.

Computers are a great "necessity", it doesnt matter if I'm playing on them, building one or fixing them.

Fixin 'n' buildin are some of my hobbies, whether I am working on a vehicle, woodworking, or building a deck and putting in a garden.

I'm a one woman kinda guy, loyal and faithful, did I mention I have a dog... I'm not very materialistic and definitely dont go after all the newest and greatest products that come out (most of the time). Its not the material that makes the person. Easy going and laid back, thats me, but if I'm failing at something I'm doing you may hear some new words. I dont like to fight or argue, especially over menial things. Stress and tension just arent worth the headaches they produce.

Animals are great, but am allergic to cats. I usually have a dog and now I have a 2 year old Ausie cattle dog (aka blue heeler)/Beagle mix named Jimmy. He loves other animals, especially other dogs he can play with, as he grew up with a large group of dogs.

I rarely drink, so a case of beer may last me a year or 2, unlike when I was in high school lol, but I smoke about a pack a day. I dont enjoy the bar scene, rarely did, and would rather get together with a few friends.

I like almost all music, although jazz, jingles and muzac are at the bottom, perhaps under the bottom. I watch a wide variety of movies but I'm not much into chic flicks, although I've seen a couple I didnt mind lol. My eyes have watered on occasion, but if you ever saw that I would deny it to the end. I can barely stand to watch really bad horror movies or others with really bad acting or production, so like most people, I will watch almost any good or better movie of any genre, about almost anything.

Women...well I prefer one who isnt conceited or materialistic. Fancy nails, long lashes and makeup dont mean much to me, I prefer a natural look. I can get along with almost anyone, especially someone who is caring, giving and has a sense of humor. Minor faults and flaws are nothing, its whats makes us different, but doesnt that make us all the same?

Whatever, I'm easy. Something simple and quiet where we can get to know each other.
