Why is it so difficult to describe yourself? Seriously, when you think about it, who knows you better than.. you? It must be the fine line we all carefully tip toe along attempting to make ourselves sound uber cool and interesting without coming off as an arrogant conceded jerk. I'm always up for a challenge so here goes nothing! ;-)

Let me start by saying I can get along with just about anybody. That said, the people I choose to befriend and any potential date deserves a bit more discretion. Let me start by listing a few characteristics I tend to frown on. Rudeness... If you are rude or had to think whether you are rude or not then please click the back button now. I appreciate honesty, but sometimes people can be a little too honest and speak their mind before thinking things through and that's no good. If you drive a camouflage monster truck with a gun rack in the rear window and have a set of plastic nuts hanging from your chrome trailer hitch then please close your browser, throw away your Hunters Forever magazine and slam your head on the nearest wall because you need a serious reality check. That about covers my dislikes. :-P

I'm the kind of person who tries to laugh off the small stuff. Life is way too short to fret on the little things that go wrong, because in the grand scheme of things whatever is dragging you down ultimately isn't worth getting upset over. I feel sorry for people who focus so much of their time and energy finding reasons to be upset or make issues out of nothing. Why be mad when you can be glad! (Isn't that a commercial punch line?)

Nothing makes me more happy than getting a big smile or laugh out of someone! It's a double bonus if I get them to cry or pee their pants! My personality can sometimes come off as overly sexual and that can give certain people the wrong impression. I'm certainly not a predator who won't leave the house without an ulterior motive shoved up his sleeve or automatically scans each room for the most intoxicated or vulnerable girl just to get a cheap thrill. Bleh! Don't get me wrong, I'm all about copulation, but there is a time and place for that. Preferably after at least knowing the person's name and their favorite color! JK ;-)

I would describe my attitude as warm, talkative, sarcastic (in a good way), flirtatious, and random. I'm pretty good at keeping the flow of any conversation smooth and interesting. I've been known to talk about some pretty obscure and random things so don't expect an ordinary awkward 1st date convo because that won't be happening!

I'm big on respect and splitting everything 50/50. I do not mean that in a monetary way either (I have no problem paying for dinner and entertainment). I'm referring to lending a helping hand when it's needed and returning favors without being asked. I also put a lot of weight on treating others how you would expect to be treated. Showing due respect is a very important quality and really shows a persons true character. I'm the guy you see helping elderly people through doors and carrying their stuff to the car and all I ask for is a genuine thank you.
