I have a thing for books. Classical music is my kind of music, with emphasis in the Baroque period. I can sit through a 6-hour Wagner opera and call it "fun." I can play the piano, although I am a little rusty these days. I am also Star Trek fan; I don't wear a uniform, but I know my fair share of trivia. I can also quote lines from Seinfeld. I don't really like reality TV. When it comes to computers and software, I am better versed in design techniques and methodologies than in the latest gadgets and hardware, and I prefer Linux to Windows.
