Things I Like (in no particular order):

-My family - they are always there for me.
-My job - I work in the Construction industry and love it.
-Traveling - went to Greece a few years ago and it was an epic trip for me.
-Honesty - I like tell-it-like-it-is type people.
-Random Acts of Kindness - seriously, I have tried this, and it works.
-Disneyland - it makes me happy :)
-Old School stuff - my dad still orders a campari and soda when we go out to a restaurant - who does that anymore?? My parents are old school and I can appreciate that.
-Mad Men on AMC - see above.
-Goals - professional and personal
-Car rides going nowhere in particular, though I can be a planner and sometimes need at least an idea of where I'm going.
-Going to the Wharf in Santa Cruz and eating crab.
-My iPod
-Singing with the radio when driving - yes, alone. Some people do stare....
-Music - I Minored in Music in college - love music, from rock to ska to jazz to funk to classical....you get the picture. Used to go to a lot of shows. Now I'm even starting to tolerate Country music - apparently it's a requirement if you work in Construction...
-Art - I tend to be drawn to creative, artsy-type personalities. NOT down-to-earth? Perfect.
-I like conversations, asking questions, learning about people. Love the personal interaction. Being a people person, I love to talk...but I've been told I'm a good listener as well. I'm pretty high energy.
-TV - watch way too much...thank god for the DVR.
-Breaking News....I can't help it...as soon as that Red Banner comes streaming across the screen, it just draws me in like a bad car crash....can't help but watch.
-Oakland A's
-SJSU
-ice cream - even when it's freezing outside!
-Comedy - I try to be funny - it's hit and miss. But I do like funny people and try to surround myself with them whenever possible. I can be a complete dork, but am able to embrace that.
-Learning - That's probably the one thing that I miss about College - well, that, and the parties on weeknights :)
-The little fish mints they sell by the register at The Fish Market.
-Working out - ok, not a huge fan, but I always feel better AFTER working out.
-A hike with awesome scenery on the way. (Yeah, I know...everyone likes that...)
-A renaissance man

Things I Don't Like (also in no particular order):

-Pickles, Peppers and Onions
-Liars
-Flat Tires
-Math - would rather write a 5 page paper - I can usually find something to say.
-Needles - blood tests are usually a traumatic experience - but if I get the baby needle, I can usually deal....drama queen central when it comes to needles....
-Insects and Rodents - yeah, not so much....

It's hard to describe yourself in a short blurb. Like most people, I think I have a lot of different facets....

I'm looking for just a really good guy. Someone who shares the same values, who is smart, funny, kind of spontaneous, spiritual (not necessarily religious), and not too shy. Can pull off looking really cool, yet inside is just as geeky as I am.
