I am in college to finish up my Bachelors degree in Criminology. I have about a year left. After that I plan to be a police officer and work up to detective within 5 yrs.

I am pretty shy when I first meet someone but I open up quickly and then its hard to get me to shut up. I am funny, intelligent and caring. I am extremely honest, blunt, loyal, and expect the same but I am also very silly and sarcastic. I sometimes get in trouble for being too open and blunt while at the same time my sarcasm can get me in trouble but once you hang around me for a little while you can tell when I'm joking.

I like all types of music except for country. I like a lil rap and R&B, alternative, classic rock, 80's music, Classical music...favorites would be-Sigur Ros, Kings of Leon, TV on the Radio, and Silversun Pickups.
I like movies and I really like sitcoms and board games (or really any games of any type but Trivial Pursuit rocks!). I consider myself to be a bit of a movie snob/buff. I like all types of movies except for horror movies because I find them really cheesy for the most part. I like to watch tv (history channel, animal planet and various series' like Rescue Me, Scrubs and Heroes to name a few). I work out pretty often, or atleast whenever I can. Other than that I have stayed pretty focused on my studies so that I can graduate quickly and with a high GPA.

I am looking for a girl who knows what she wants, knows how to communicate what she is feeling, and isn't into the whole "let's get hammered at the bar and act stupid" thing. I don't mind a girl who wants to drink but not really looking for one who wants to drink every single night.
