Hello, and thanks for taking the time to view my profile! I'm a pretty laid-back guy who enjoys watching movies, going out with friends, reading, and casual conversation. I try to be witty, and I strive to have a humble sense of humor about life and people.

I've never been married and have no children. I live with a roommate in Dallas. I believe in being upfront and honest. I don't hide my feelings well, which I think is a good thing most most of the time.

I appreciate humor, wit, open-mindedness, and a touch of humility -- if we can laugh at ourselves, life becomes so much easier. I'm a firm believer in the notion that beauty and attraction lay in the eyes of the beholder, and I've never been much for societal attempts to define them. That said, I suppose everyone has a "type", and mine tends to lean towards taller, thicker, voluptuous/curvy women. Really, though, these preferences are just that, and hardly a requirement. My ideal first date would be be at a restaurant where we could get to know one another. Nothing too fancy, but also not a place where you might be asked if you want to up-size your order.
