I have been retired for several years. I almost live alone. I have a grown daughter in college. She still comes home to see me and get re-supplied. I have a blind dog that keep me company. You wouldn't believe how well he get around. I own a camper and travel often. I'm doing things I never had the time to do before retirement. Now, I just do them alone and I don't care for that. I'm looking for a good friend to share these adventures of life. Shortterm, Longterm, I don't know, we'll see.. As far as what I like in music. I listen to anything that my daughter hates and perfer not to listen to what she listens to. We constantly argue over the radio settings in my car. Of course she usually wins the debate. I just wait 'til she goes back to school and change everything back. She's a good kid and loves her Pop but let just say we do have a large generation gap. She hates walking a civil war battle field, but I sorta enjoy it. I go to church but I'm not to churchy. I perfer to say I'm spiritual but not religious.

On a first date. I think people should get to know one another without getting together, if you know what I mean. I'm an old man at least in age not in spirit. That kind of stuff comes along in time. I like a quite public place, maybe a nice restruart and then a long drive.
