I'm seeking a REAL (honest and true) connection; but I do require some "va va voom" factor; (I have to have some of that and it's not ALL about the man's looks). The "va va voom" can be found in a deep, sexy voice, voice inflection and personality etc. (and yes long hair on some men is hot) ;) :P. Yes, looks ARE important, but not everything. We all know what we like. I'm a 45 year old (told I'm youthful looking), single woman (but have had some long term relationships); with no dependents. I like children, but at this age, don't want my own biological children. I am open to dating a man that has children. Might be a good experience, it might even be rewarding and fun. I very much appreciate wit, kindness, humour, honesty and good communication, affection, loyalty, passion, compassion and chivalry.
I would really appreciate an honest man that doesn't play games; I'm too "ahem" mature for that nonsense. Contrary to what SOME men believe on here I am NOT; repeat, NOT, A DOMME; too bad I suppose, because according to some men I would do better on here if I was :O yep, stereotyping at it's finest! LOL :P Think about it, it's like me assuming all short men are jockeys or "subs", and I'm not sayin they are; nuff said...That being said, I'm a very tall, thick, voluptuous, sweet, cute, buxom, blue-eyed "glamazon" blonde; first generation Canadian, born in Toronto, with an English background (both sides); told I'm easy to talk to. I can be blunt at times, but then again, can't we all???
I am a very warm and affectionate woman, and appreciate the same in my man. I am attracted to dark hair and eyes; (a preference not necessarily a prerequisite); a
touch of gray is fine too ;) you must be attractive in my eyes...we all know attraction is important; not everything obviously but important.
Please have a "backbone", aka "cohones"; mean what you say, say what you mean; I find tactfulness to be another desirable trait. Considering the feelings of others is important.I have been through a lot in life; and I feel my experiences have made me a more compassionate person.

The Holy Bible Would prefer a non-smoker or one trying to quit...as I quit myself back in 1997...and you know what they say about us ex-smokers...I find it very offensive now. I
love different genres of music from classic rock bands such as
Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Stones, Lynyrd Skynrd, Ozzy, Guns N' Roses, Aerosmith, the Eagles, Kiss, Bon Jovi, Sly and The Family Stone, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac and Janis Joplin, to name but a few. I also like hair metal bands, such as
Whitesnake, Poison, Cinderella, Extreme and Slaughter.
My other musical tastes range from artists like
Amy Winehouse, Gwen Stefani (with and without No Doubt), Pink, Madonna, Black Eyed Peas, and Bob Marley. Of course can't forget some classic Canadian bands like Kim Mitchell, Barenaked Ladies, some Rush tunes etc. Yep, I love the tunes :D
Obviously NONE of us are perfect, but looking for one perfect for me...
