It's so funny when people describe themselves. We all stretch the truth a little bit to get people interested. You have to so you can make yourself stand out from the next person. (Just like I'm doing now by writing this. I'll try to be as honest as I can without make myself sound like a dork.

My name is Steve. I'm a Road Car Inspector for the Subways in NYC, which is perfect for me since I like to work with my hands. To give you a brief description of what I do, basically when a train breaks down, i'm the guy they call to go fix it and get it moving. I love my job and actually enjoy going to work everyday.

I listen to all kinds of music, my favorite would probably be 60's and 70's classic rock. I'm a big movie buff. I can often be heard quoting lines from my favorite movies. I have quite a large collection of DVD's. I have a tattoo on my right arm. I live a pretty laid back life, I'm not one of those people who's always upset. That doesn't mean I don't like to go out and have a great time though. I try to play paintball at least once a month. I love traveling, even though I don't get to do it as often as I would like. I love to ride my motorcycle, when the weather is decent. I'm learning to play the guitar. Yes, playing guitar hero counts.

One of my best qualities is my sense of humor. I enjoy the little things in life. An example would be something like how I'm always on the lookout for the perfect milkshake. It's gotta be thick enough that you can turn the cup upside down and not lose any, yet soft enough that you don't pop a capillary trying to suck it through the straw. I'm always being told I'm easy to talk to. I'm the one my friends call to vent. I love a good thunder and lightning storm. Sometimes I'll go out driving just to be out in the storm. Head down to the beach and just listen it. I'm not afraid to admit I liked "the notebook." I always put the toilet seat down. I also have this odd obsession that the toilet paper has to be facing out. I don't know that's just my "thing". I consider myself a pretty affectionate guy. I like to hold hands, kiss just because I feel like it. Cuddling is one of the best ways to spend a lazy Sunday. That or an intense game of scrabble.

Now a little about my match. The most important quality would be a sense of humor. I'm looking for someone who is able to laugh at life and themselves. I'm also looking for someone who's caring. If your the kind of person who gives someone on the street some extra change, we'll hit it off. I want someone who isn't afraid to let me into their life because I want to be able to share everything with my partner and have them share everything with me as well. I want someone to connect with. I'm not really into the club scene, if I go drinking I'm more of a bar with a jukebox kind of guy. If you're into cars that's a plus, because I'm a car nut. I'm a sucker for a beautiful set of eyes. And if you can cook...well you just found the quickest way to my heart.
